Loyalty Is Never One-Sided

 
Some African leaders do not understand the importance of service neither do they value the dignity of the human existence, yet they seek loyal followership.

How can your leadership not cast new vision, inspire, or make people better but you still seek loyalty?

I believe loyalty is mutual, and servant leadership must have been demonstrated!
Make a decision to honor, protect and serve the people that you lead and the result would follow- people will naturally be inclined to your leadership because it leaves them better.
Make this a commitment today!Be inspired
